今天第一次全程参与你们训练吧～
之前的不负责任，对不起咯…

今天很累下的。
老实说，我也不是很在状态中。
可是一直讲泯俊不在状态。哈哈…
昨天不知道几点睡咯；
12点吧。
而且很抱歉，我其实没准备到什么。

90下pumping、60下sit up、20下squad jump…
尽此这些，但我现在很累咯；
而且脚蛮痛下的。
哎哟…岁月要酱折磨我咩？
好像很快老酱。

然后我今天疯狂地「演讲」了1个小时。
讲酱多道理。
其实不懂你们听了多少；
认同了多少。
但希望你们你们可以改变心态，
尤其那3只身为理事的。
其实本来今天是要严肃的训练；
准备发火的。
但是突然间我做不到。
也不懂做么；
可能是心情突然间地好吧。
哈哈…^^
不过，怎样都好，这种机会以后一定会有的。
请不要担心。lol

I hope that u guys will understand i'm doin for,

Sometimes, just do what i want.
